Customer Service / Product Specialist

L.O.F., Inc. operates multiple retail sales platforms to sell automotive/hardware accessories via e-commerce. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to handle our rapidly growing customer base and provide top notch customer service. We multi-task in our fast paced environment and you will be responsible for several products and their listings online.   • Handle phone calls,and emails.
  • Ability to smile on the phone
  • Experience with eBay/Amazon is a plus
  • Prefer some college coursework or a degree.
  • Prefer experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Must have good experience with MS Office and other basic software.
  • Must have good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and intelligently, both in written and phone
  • Must be able to work legally in the United States
  • We do a pre-employment drug screen on all candidates
